At Aubreen Veterinary Hospital, we believe excellent veterinary care starts with understanding the whole picture: your pet’s health, lifestyle, and the bond you share. We take time to listen, investigate concerns, and explain your options, so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Our veterinary team takes a whole-pet approach, considering prevention, nutrition, and microbiome health alongside conventional medical treatment. We use medication thoughtfully and consider supportive measures where they may help, working with you to choose a plan that suits your pet and family.
For pets who will benefit from more specialised integrative care, our practice owner and integrative veterinarian, Dr Caroline Wood, offers in-depth consultations that include Western Herbal Medicine and other integrative therapies alongside conventional veterinary care.
Our locally owned practice has cared for pets since 1982.
You're welcome to bring the whole family, including children and babies, to consultations. Consultations are available in person at our hospital and online.

Aubreen Veterinary Hospital has been independently owned since 1982 and remains part of the community it serves. Our team members are locals, with pets and families of their own, and we value the relationships we build with the people and pets who come to us for care.
From Reception to Nursing to our Veterinarians, we work together and share information about your pet's care. So when you call, email, or send an online request, the person helping you understands your pet's case. We keep you updated, help you understand what's happening, and what comes next.
Every pet and family is different. We look beyond the immediate symptoms to consider what might be contributing to the problem, then work with you on a plan that suits your pet, your priorities, and your budget.
From conventional veterinary medicine and specialist care to nutrition, laser therapy, faecal microbiome transfers, herbal medicine, and acupuncture, we offer a range of ways to support your pet.
